Mix up a KL02899 or a Half Size KL02882 of classic alcoholic Ginger beer at home with ease with the fully formulated Blunderberg Ginger Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base or less neutral alcohol and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
Follow the instructions below for your alcohol option to make an alcoholic Ginger Beer at home in no time!
Blunderburg Hard Ginger Beer 19L RTK Kit Instructions (ABV 5.6%)
Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 -
4 x KL41850 -
2 x KL41928 -
Kit Does Not Include: 680g Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
- Dissolve 680g of White sugar into atleast 2L of hot water, then add it to your KL02899 .
- Then Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base
- Add 2 x Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot 50mL sachets.
- Top up to 19L with water
- Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
- Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

Kit Does Not Include: 340g Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
- Dissolve 340g of White sugar into atleast 1L of hot water, then add it to your KL02882
- Then Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases
- Add 2 x Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot 50mL sachets.
- Top up to 9.5L with water
- Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
- Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to for regulator pressure and keg temperature).
