A classic balanced combination of zesty, aromatic Gin and Mediterranean style Tonic in a Keg!

Mix up a KL02899 or a Half Size KL02882  of classic London Dry style Gin and Tonic at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence London Dry Gin and Tonic Ready to Keg Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 -
4 x KL41911 -

Kit Does Not Include:
680g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 680g of White sugar into atleast 2L of hot water, then add it to your  KL02899 .
  2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your 
  3. Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 4 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
  4. Top up to 19L with water
  5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
  6. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
  7. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to  for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

Kit Does Not Include: 340g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 340g of White sugar into atleast 1L of hot water, then add it to your KL02882 
  2. Then Add 10 x VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases - 250mL Sachets
  3. Add 2 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 2 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
  4. Top up to 9.5L with water
  5. Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
  6. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
  7. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to  for regulator pressure and keg temperature).
